Online sales end at 9AM for the day. If the date you are visiting is unavailable and you are visiting Filoli you may purchase a copy at the Clocktower Shop when you arrive.
You pick up your Visitor Guide at the Check-in Kiosk in front of the Visitor Center.
Your receipt states 10:00 am but you can pick up the Visitor Guide any time from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm at the Check-In Kiosk.
If you are unable to pick up the Visitor Guide on the date you ordered it please email visitorservices@filoli.org to reschedule a pick up date.
Price is the same for both members and non-members and does not include Sales tax. Tax is calculated before check-out ($10 including tax).

Join us in protecting our local habitats as we search for and observe invasive species on Filoli’s Natural Lands. Led by Filoli staff and the BioBlitz Club, findings will be recorded in iNaturalist to share with other Citizen Scientists around the world!

- We are doing contactless check-in for all guests. We will have your reservation on our check-in list so there is no need to print your ticket.
- Admission is for Filoli's Gardens, Estate Trail and limited shopping in the Clock Tower Shop. The historic House is currently closed.
- Please check in at the landing in front of the Visitor Center.
- We ask that all visitors:
- Maintain six feet of distance between household groups
- Wear face coverings while visiting
- Follow a one-way route through the Garden and Estate Trail.
- You can print a map of the property, including the one-way routes here. We will not have printed maps available on site.
- Guests on Saturday, May 9 and Sunday, May 10 may bring a picnic blanket and food and drinks to enjoy. Please pack out any refuse as we will have limited receptacles available on property.

- Restrooms are only available in the Visitor Center

Filoli assumes no responsibility for any liability that may arise from the use of the property or equipment, or any failure or cancellation of service due to an act of nature, civil unrest, or other cause beyond our reasonable control (including any mechanical, electronic, or communications failure).
Cancellation:
1. Filoli has a graduated cancellation policy, as follows:
a) Cancellation 30+ days prior to the event date: Deposit can be used as a credit toward a future event within 12 months of cancellation.
b) Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the event: Deposit is forfeited.
