To Promote safe distancing we have implemented new ticketing procedures

• Tickets must be purchased in advance
• Individual Plus and Senior memberships may reserve two tickets. All other levels may reserve four tickets.
• We are doing contactless check-in for all guests. We will have your reservation on our guest list
• Admission is for Filoli's Gardens, Estate Trail and limited shopping in the Clock Tower Shop. The historic House is currently closed.
• Please check in at the landing in front of the Visitor Center. 
• We ask that all visitors: maintain six feet of distance between household groups; wear face coverings while visiting; follow a one-way route through the Garden and Estate Trail.

• You can print a map of the property, including the one-way routes here. We will not have printed maps available on site.
• There are limitations of services on the property: Restrooms are only available in the Visitor Center; No food service or picnicking available at this time; Limited seating available on property;Drinking fountains are not available

• Your admission ticket states 10:00 am but you can arrive any time from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm. 
• There is no smoking on the property and only service dogs are allowed.
• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be photographed and/or filmed and give permission to use your likeness in promotional and/or marketing materials. 

We encourage visitors and employees to stay home if they are sick. If you purchased tickets in advance but become ill, we will honor your tickets when you have recovered.
