Service Learning: Summer Garden Care

Lend a hand to Filoli’s Horticulture Team as they work to keep the Garden thriving through summer. This hands-on activity will have you mulching and weeding, and you may even get to help with some Orchard maintenance! Along the way, you’ll get some valuable gardening tips from the team on how to keep your own garden looking great as we head into fall! 

Experience includes:

• Hands-on gardening experience in the Formal Garden

• Mulching and weeding alongside Filoli’s Horticulture team

• Learning break with our Horticulturists

• Free participation with complimentary Filoli admission on the program day

• All tools will be provided

Cost: Free; Participants receive free admission to Filoli on the day of the program.
