Tickets are non-refundable. A $10 rescheduling fee applies to each ticket. Rescheduling is only available when guests contact us before their scheduled visit. If the scheduled date has already passed, the ticket is no longer active and cannot be rescheduled.
Filoli is open rain or shine and does not issue refunds due to weather. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be photographed or filmed and grant permission for your likeness to be used in promotional materials.
