Experiences are not refundable or reschedulable. Filoli is open, rain or shine, and does not issue refunds due to weather. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be photographed, and/or filmed and give permission to use your likeness in promotional and/or marketing materials. 

For Larger Parties: You are welcome to book two or more experiences to accommodate more guests and ensure everyone enjoys this magical event together, or consider our Terrace Private Experience for groups up to 25 guests and Secret Garden Holiday Experience for groups up to 50 guests!
