Stories in Bloom: The Bus, with Tureeda Ade Mikell

Many creative women have shaped Filoli's story over the years, from its residents to historic staff. Stories in Bloom showcases women's storytelling of all forms, including poetry, music, and the art of flower arranging.

Programs are free with Filoli admission however a reservation is required to attend each event due to limited space. 

Tureeda Ture Ade Mikell is a poet, storyteller, and the author of SYNCHRONICITY: Oracle of Sun Medicine. This Martin Luther King Jr. Day weekend, she will share stories and songs weaving historical accounts of social justice with African American folktales.
