Service Learning Project - Collections Care

Help the Collections team as they begin the winter preservation process! Join us on Tuesday as we deep-clean the Library in the historic House, or on Thursday as we head outside to work on some of our outdoor Collection items. During each project, learn firsthand from the Collections team how to care for and clean ephemera, both in a museum and at home, inside and outside.

This project is open to those 16 years and older and all experience levels.

Physical requirements include bending, kneeling, lifting, reaching, and the ability to carry 20 lbs.

Participants receive free admission to Filoli on the day of the program.
