Ticket holders may enter Filoli at any time within the entry window stated on their ticket. Please plan to arrive in this timeframe and you may stay as long as you would like. Filoli's closing time is 5 pm.

Tickets are non-refundable. A $10 rescheduling fee applies to each ticket. Rescheduling is only available when guests contact us before their scheduled visit. If the scheduled date has already passed, the ticket is no longer active and cannot be rescheduled.
We encourage carpooling to Filoli as we have limited parking available. Thank you!

Please note: Consumption of outside alcohol is strictly prohibited throughout Filoli. Outside food must be eaten at the picnic area under the oak trees by the Main Parking Lot. Outside chairs are not allowed in the Garden.
