Native Plants Native Ways Walk

Nature Education Docents will point out plants on the Nature Preserve that were used by American Indians for food, basket-making, and building structures. All ages welcome. This 60-minute walk traverses 1-mile of uneven terrain including moderate hills. The trails are not stroller or wheelchair accessible. Water, sun protection, and walking shoes are recommended. Free with the purchase of your Autumn Festival ticket. Walks meet at the Information Cart located on the path to the House. Space is limited - reservations recommended.
